Originally from the Bay Area, Sandy Armando has been a successful Realtor since 2004. In 2006, her and her husband opened their own real estate company, Sorrento Properties, Inc. in San Jose, CA. Sandy brought Sorrento Properties from a start-up to a recognized Silicon Valley real estate company within a short period of time. Even in the down economy of 2008, the company continued to thrive.

In 2004, Sandy and her husband purchased their second home in Palm Desert, CA with the intention of one day calling the Desert their home. They expanded their business, in 2008, by introducing clients from Silicon Valley to the Desert to purchase and/or sell investment properties.

In 2012, Sandy completed the designation of Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), which is a yearlong process to complete. It is similar to having a master’s degree in real estate and a small percentage of Realtors actually have earned this designation. Sandy and her husband decided to close their business and start a new life in the Desert in 2015. In 2017, Sandy joined the Encore Premier Group with Bennion Deville Homes at the on-site real estate office in The Springs Country Club in Rancho Mirage, CA. In 2018, Sandy and John O’Brien were asked to head up the Eldorado Properties on-site real estate office at Eldorado Country Club in Indian Wells, CA. Today, Sandy and John continue to work at Eldorado, are LUXE Directors at Bennion Deville Homes and top real estate professionals in their industry in Coachella Valley.

When not working, Sandy enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband John and their friends.
